CUSTOM CREATIVE WORKSPACE
WELCOMING new members to a small creative collective in a shared workspace for learning and teaching arts.
Our new studio is well suited for a variety of art practices, mediums or small design/production teams. It features an open floor plan and private classroom that is perfect for working artists in photography, textile design, painting, writing, illustration, sewing, fiber arts and floral design or small sculpture.
Studio GO: pdx is a bright and versatile workspace inside of a newly renovated church, turned community events center; featuring high ceilings, natural & directional light, white picture walls, and windows that can be opened for fresh air. Our studio membership is ideal for someone who teaches workshops and needs regular access to a larger event space, or temporary work space.
There are no dividing walls between studio tables, to foster a cross-pollination of inspiration, ideas and more natural light, it is not ideal if you are someone who needs a place to work in total privacy.
Studio members are granted access to the secured building, including access to a private restroom, and work sink. Membership is $165 p/month, including all utilities (wifi, electricity, heat, water, garbage, security, and studio maintenance).
Located on the sub-level of Social Good Place, this brightly painted floral gem is hidden only two blocks away from SE Hawthorne Ave. and local favorite, Por Que No? with many cafes, bars and a post office, around the corner and just a 5-10 minute walk from New Season's, and Fred Meyer.
